Registered users can use the free background removals shown on the page. Once that allowance is used, the credit cost shown before submission applies. Failed tasks restore the free use or refund reserved credits according to the billing rules.

No. The checkerboard only indicates transparency in the preview. Export with a transparent background to keep transparency in the PNG.

Yes. Changing the aspect ratio fits the subject to the canvas. You can also move it, scale it proportionally or restore the full subject. Transparent and solid-color images export at the canvas dimensions you set.

Results depend on the image. Hair, semitransparent objects and details close to the background color may be partly removed or leave traces. Zoom in to check them before use.

For an existing background removal result, transparent or solid-color changes, composition adjustments, downloads and saving do not use additional credits. AI scene backgrounds are a separate generation with their own price.

Uploads are limited to 30 MB per image. Each canvas edge can be up to 8192 pixels, with a total area of up to 32 million pixels. Available sizes also depend on the image and device; the page displays relevant limits.
